You made a couple of silly mistakes there. Some of your I's are not in capital. Please fix them.

But I'm not a spelling and grammar expert so let me get to the real stuff.

What can I say, it is quite a good poem. There are many people who love to read poems about a person suffering a sickness and is close to death and he or she is about to fight through, so it is a good idea that you thought about writing a poem like this. I like the good use of words there. I've given you a 4/5. Keep it up!
