I find this poem to be simply adorable, I like it, sweet simplicity. You could repeat these words to a lover or a child, adorable.
Don't stop writing!
You could consider adding a phrase that shows their more than just a simple thing but they simply are your everything, and perhaps the title, your not a simple thing to me, or, simply you.
Change or no chang it's good!
