Hi, Lady Elf is back again, I'm truly drawn in by you beautiful poetry, the imagery is fantastic, you take me from my chair on a cold winters night and put me smack bang in the middle of beautiful green forest in spring, birds whistling, trees breaking out in bud and I thank you for that, you really do have a way with words, you are now also a fan.Please could I ask if you have time to review a piece of mine, maybe Cothi Valley or Bruised Little Bums, My dad died on Christmas Eve when I was eleven so a lot of my pieces are dedicated to him. Hi, Lady Elf here, firstly this was absolutely breathtaking, the imagery was spot on, I pictured myself slowly strolling up the long stretch of golden sands, a slight breeze to keep me cool looking for some little good luck stone with a hole in the middle, I thank you for warming me up on a cold winters evening, your poetry is truly beautiful, would love to see more pieces from you, I found no errors. Hi, Lady Elf here to give a review on your piece When I was a young boy in the 50's, firstly this was fantastic, the imagery was spot on, flowed smoothly and I found no errors, I can relate to this piece so much, myself born in the sixties was great, My dad sadly died Christmas Eve when I was eleven, he never worried about us playing in the woods, we would camp at the bottom of the garden, go catching minnows, I would sit in the back of his old Land Rover loving him driving up the river, fab times, loved it back then, wouldn't change a thing, oh just that he was here now, thankyou for the read. Hi, Lady Elf has come to give you a review, this I must say is beautiful, fantastic title "Mama's Bicycle Ride", people so often take for granted Mother Nature, so many beautiful places are unfortunately being built on, years ago this wasn't the case, when I was a small girl I use to play by myself in the forest, pack sandwiches and go catching minnows for the day, but sadly now it's not like that, kids were kids, now kids want to be adults at such a young age, shame really. I found no errors in this beautifully written piece, if you have time please take a look at my poem Cothi Valley, I live in wales, pretty remote, bleak in winter, but I wouldn't change a thing. Hi Lady Elf here, this is so bang on to what depression is like, a constant battle with your own head, your own thoughts, making yourself do things, when really you just want to give in and let it win,it seems to last forever and never gives you a break, I suffered depression for twenty years, so I know it very well,I dreaded every time it came back, so glad youve managed to find the strength to beat this dark beast,In a horified type of way I am drawn to these type of poems, you have done a very good job here putting it down exactly how it affected you. well done.
