Holy transvestite!!!!

What can I say, Davis ... this is "bawdy" at its best.
Would certainly give new meaning to The Divine Miss M in the lead role!

To be honest, this scared the heck outta me at first (being a recluse and all),
but I took the plunge and never regretted an instant.

Unlike you, I have no gift for critique or analysis. I can only tell you how this sample made me feel:
I felt like I was traveling in forbidden territory rife with land mines, quick sand and loose footing.
I would have to negotiate the steep terrain very carefully.

But after your first playful paragraphs, you compelled me to release my inhibitions and take the plunge!
And I'm all the giddier for it.

So thank you, Davis, for coaxing me out of my cocoon. Sister Sam's secret is safe with me ...
at least until I tell my friends about your book - and the 8 to follow!

OMG, Partyof5 . . . I bow to the master!

Talk about setting the bar high for a newbie . . .

Enjoyed the pumpkin piece and The Grizz, of course, but this how-to-buy-a-couch bit is priceless!!!!
Plan to use it as inspiration for years to come, but will never look at potato chips in the same way again.

a far cry from my casual comedic observations, but quite captivating. No interest in reading any Dostoevsky right now, but this poem I will read many times over. Thanks for making me think past Seinfeld level.
