|As a sushi aficionado, I found this article a joy to read, and chock full of useful information to both the initiated and the uninitiated in the art of ingesting raw fish. The description of some of the more commonly seen pieces of Japanese edible art was delicately presented and respectful in its underlying repulsiveness. Actually, I'm not a sushi aficionado--it was just fun saying so.
This is absolutely hilarious, Bill. I read this at the suggestion of Leger~ , and I am certainly all the better for having done so. The humor was smart, and the comedic timing was priceless.
