Review of Late July

I found this piece very hard to follow. The story it's self isn't bad. The lack of format is what made it so hard to follow. I realize that, he said, she said, and quotation is tedious, but it makes for a much easier read for the reader. After all the reader is at least as important as the content.
Please don't be offended because that is not my purpose. I would expect as honest a review from anyone reviewing my own work. :)
