This is an excellent story. If I interpret correctly, all of the people on the island, including you and Samantha, are dead and awaiting their judgment. Samantha was a liar, and so she burned in a fiery hell, but the rest of you were admitted into Heaven. I like how you seemed to show no remorse after watching Samantha die in the fire, as if to convey your lack of taste for her lying ways. My only question is: What is the significance of four people per boat? Other than that, I very much enjoyed your story.
