Aww. I liked it. But it was kinda sad! Did he want pancakes for his birthday? Not just grapefruit? I liked the prose. It was a fun read. It reminds me of older characters, like Paul Bunyan, or that guy with the big blue something or other. Or Johnny Appleseed. Keep writing!
