This is a very charming Winter Poem!
Just one small point
I think line eleven "Soon after a few months" might read better as

"All too soon"
or
"In just a few months"

The words "SOON" & "A FEW MONTHS" are almost opposites.

Keep writing your poem was lots of fun to read :)
