Ah, interesting. Has a creepy, CSI thing going on.
Nice.
In my humble opinion, I think that you could add some more details to the background. Such as what the weather was like on the night the first woman mention was killed, or what city, etc. Little things like that could really make it a little more....gripping.
But besides that, it's good.
