I really enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland meets The wizard of Oz feel of this "Short Shot". The dialog is believable and descriptive, painting a clear image of the scene. The tiny bottle "glimmering in the afternoon sun" was the perfect finish. The "fever induced" aspect of the story reminded me of having mono as a child and how something as simple as a TV show or a conversation in the background can really alter your dreams.
Great job over-all.
