I liked the main message of this, however i've noticed quite a few grammatical mistakes. "LAUGH OUT LOUD TILL YOU BREATHES GOES DOWN," should be "LAUGH OUT LOUD TILL YOUR BREATH GOES DOWN". Other than that, i like the whole of it, but the grammar and spelling issues really bother me, i'm rating it a three for now, but i'll rate higher if you correct it. (:
