Review of Pennies
Review by Susan Hall Rudd

Rated: E | (5.0)
Beautiful story that flowed so well. Intriguing, heartfelt. The reader was immediately engaged and felt as if at her bedside. Characters were vivid and real. Not too much detail, but enough for the mind to create images. Such a lovely story evoking sweet, comforting thoughts. The pace was perfect, not hurried or too slow. Beautiful job and thanks for this heart-warning and soul-stirring piece.

Review of An Embedded Poll?
Review by Susan Hall Rudd
Rated: E | (5.0)
What an efficient, but effective poll. I like the way it was embedded. it came as quite a surprise to see only one question, but it was a really insightful question. I also like the working choices making it softer if there is a less than positive response. I have developed and administered many suveys but this had to be shortest on i've seen. Quick but quite

I was telling a friend of mine that when I come to this site, I feel like I'm home. I've never felt that way about another site and i write content, monitor and administrate other sites professionally. While I'm a member of many types of online communtiies and forums, this is the one I enjoy coming to to write, review and just read entertaining and inspirational writing. There are so many wonderful, talented, interesting people on this site who share a common love and passion for writing in any genre!

I never get tired of coming to this site. I even like the header at the top with the sign and the snowman. *Smile*

It's like pulling into the garage of my home after a long day at work and commute, when I arrive at this site, I can relax and enjoy being there. *Smile*

Keep up the fantastic features and fun!

Review of Our Lord beckons
Review by Susan Hall Rudd
Rated: E | (4.0)
Hello John,

I enjoyed your beautiful poem about our Heavenly Father beckoning us to come to him for all we need and rest our cares on Him.
It is interesting the way you rhyme each time after every other line. (That wasn't supposed to rhyme *Smile* This could probably be put to music separating into stanzas if you added a bridge or not. I enjoyed reading this poem and it flows smoothly. These are just my opionions, but perhaps you might consider entering a space between every four lines to break it up for easier reading.

Thanks so much for sharing this poem with us! Keep writing these inspirational messages to remind us all of God's grace and goodness!

Please feel free to review my portfolio as well. I am an inspirational Faith writer as well.

Thanks again,

Susan Hall Rudd

Review of AND GOD SAID -
Review by Susan Hall Rudd
Rated: ASR | (5.0)
This beautiful, soul-stirring poem brought tears to my eyes, a lump in my throat and a distant yearning for the things not of the earth!

Thank you so much for sharing so clearly, yet so eloquently this writing from your heart and spirit. This is such a touching depiction of a conversation with the Heavenly Father at the end of this earthly life. I love the way the answer was "no" when the conversation turned to God speaking and the change in view afterwards.

The structure of this poem was also great with the word "no" ending the lines and lining up down the page.
The poem tells a story and brings it to a close with God having the final word, as He will.

Thanks again this pointed, yet poignant reminder and message delivered in such a lovely form.

God bless you and keep you, Countrymom!! Keep on writing! *Smile*

Review of Joseph Sleeps
Review by Susan Hall Rudd

Thank you for the beautiful and poignant picture depicting Joseph with the baby Jesus, our Savior.

Lovely and tender pencil etching to contrast the world-changing truth of God shared in your accompanying text.

I am sure those who received your Christmas Card were inspired by your artistry and words!

Thanks for sharing!
