Wow. Was this written about a personal experience? It's one of the best poems I've ever read. I have to say, though, there were some lines where the rythym just didn't quite sound right... Of course, that's just my personal opinion. I'd really like to show this to a couple of my friends, if only they liked poetry! lol But seriously, great poem.
