This was an amusing satire to read. Though the ending was not quite as unexpected as I would have hoped in this sort of piece, the personification was well done. Your use of a hierarchy with the insects was interesting too.

Overall, the only critique that I can give you is to make it a little more mysterious at the beginning. Great story!
