Just a moment in time.
Unknown what was happening.
Your Creation, precious in Your sight have lost
Judy in the twinkling of an eye.
Blessed be Your name, we don't understand.
In Your wisdom, Lord, teach us to see her at rest.
Eternally now in repose, prostrate before You.
Rejoicing in Your presence, made whole anew.
Missed, loved, cared about, cried over the loss.
All manner of emotion our earthly frames know.
Now Lord, let us remember the good that was in
Judy Bierman. Her family Lord, we pray for now.
Bless Lord her husband, son, and grand children.
In Your strength comfort and ease the loss.
Lord, for twenty-seven years they were two-in-one,
Leaving mothers and fathers, cleaving unto one another.
Bill, loving husband of twenty-seven years.
Jesus, You have sent to Your believers the comforter,
And upon Him we can rely even when all is so dark.
Shine Your healing balm of Gilead upon this family.
Open their hearts over time, to heal and fondly remember.
Nearer to the heart of God draw them, as she daily sought to do.
Jason, her son who misses his mom.
Every day Lord, as time passes by
May the memories of the good times outweigh the bad.
Make the waves of emotion ease. rest. and peace be still.
Assure them, one-and-all, that they are not alone.
Emma, precious granddaughter.
Grace to You Lord, and our love and adoration receive.
As much as Judy is missed, in the world, so too is she in the WDC.
God's gifts shone through, an ideal was birthed, and for
Evermore Butterflies for Judy will be a memorial to our precious sister in Christ.
Gage, beloved grandson.
Writers who have known her
Do feel the grief just as much and we
Call upon You for the comforting balm of Gilead on the
WDC community, who knew and loved her so. In Jesus' name we pray for the family, friends, and those who have gotten to know her in Writing.Com. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

In honor of Judy's service in the 503d MP Company in Frankfurt, Germany, presented with this is a tribute to the troops who are, were, and will be serving in the military. They all are to be honored and thanked for their dedication and hard work for many years and sometimes for life times.
To The Patriot
by Steve Cope
"The day dawns and
Oh the sun does shine down.
Time takes its steady pace and
Here, where we serve our country
Every new day brings a
Practical application of our training.
A child looks up at me and in
That moment the sacrifice is
Right. To see a smile on his face
Is a boost to my heart and resolve."
On this day the War on
Terror continues on many fronts and
To The Patriot on the front lines this writer says thank you from a grateful heart and a sense of security as well as national pride. You are prayed for and not forgotten about here in the land of the free and the home of the brave. To the Patriots go this prayer.
"Lord, thank You for the ladies and gentlemen who have donned the uniform and stand in the gap. May the patriots feel the prayers of a nation supporting them in their efforts. May the loved ones who await their return feel the gratitude of the sacrifice they make in bidding safe journey's to the patriots. May these United States stand in unison and salute THE PATRIOTS, and may You cover them in Your protection and grace in the days ahead. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
This is not just for those who are out there now but for those who have served and will serve in the future. Your servants attempt to join the Marines was thwarted by a 4F and as a writer the best way I can support them is to speak in their perspective (as this is done from the view of a patriot out on the field) and voice a prayer I hope all of America can voice To The Patriots.
Serving Him by serving you,
servant in Christ.
