Loving you suits me best.
Obstinate am I in my quest.
Vowing this I do not jest.
I will get you back, I promise this.
Neurotic, you think I'm like the rest.
Going for broke is my best bet.

Yearning for the day or the hour,
Opening up your heart to me is what I desire.
Ultimate satisfaction is what I require.

Simply put, you belong to me.
Unburdened, you should just let this be.
Inconsequential are your worries, see?
Trust in our love, just believe.
Someday soon our love will be free.

Meaningless my life has been
Ever since you walked out, and loneliness walked in.

But now the sun is beginning to shine.
Each new day I wake up with a smile.
Solitude in no more will I hide
To the future I toast with you at my side.
