I wrote this sometime back in March of 2007. Still as true now as it was then.
When the room was quiet,
And the lights all dim;
Those were the times
You loved me.

When the walls were fragile,
And all of them thin;
Those were the times
You loved me.

When the light shone through,
A soft glow on your skin;
Those were the times
You loved me.

Where have those times gone?
Where have they been?
Lost are the days
You loved me.

But I will keep waiting,
And watching for him;
To return in the ways
He loved me.

Please, love me.
