If you ever hear their voices...you never forget.
I am Blue whale, I am Right whale, I live in deep waters
I rock in the cradle of the blue salty sea
and I sail the seven oceans, I dance round and round
to the music I make, with my family

I am Sperm whale, I am Finback, my days are now numbered
and I weary from the search, for a safe place to hide
North Atlantic, Blue Pacific, though I roam the whole planet
Nowhere is there shelter so deep, or so wide

And although no-one asked us, just how do we feel?
about the loss of our nations, for the things that they steal
We would give them, and forgive them - the language they never will know
'til their hearts, are as free as our own.

I am White whale, I am Humpback - I'll sing you a story
of watery magic, in my own wishing well
lying deep beneath the ocean, so peaceful and endless and knowing
of a secret, I never can tell

And although no-one asked us, just how do we cry?
from the depths of our sorrow, with our saltwater eyes
we would give them, and forgive them - the language they never will know
'til their hearts, are as free as our own.
