Poem for November 15, 2015 Writer's Cramp
Here at my computer writing
Lonely words in subdued lighting,
I should be out cleaning my garage.

Out there, all the junk is sitting,
Dust collecting, spiders kntting
Cobwebs on the kayak and the Dodge.

Up now, with determination,
I will make a new creation.
Body, like a puppet, goes to work.

Dreadful shed! Abomination!
My heart threatens fibrillation.
This mess makes me nearly go berserk.

Like a horse, I give it muscle.
Short resolve, I better hustle,
Or I'll lose my steam before I'm done.

Must complete before more writing.
Duty and desire fighting;
Then, quick as a keystroke, I have won!
