Something I improv'd while jamming. Kept a friend in mind when I wrote it out
Mama, don't you leave me;
Stay now- don't you go
I'll be all alone now
And nobody'll know.

The leaves they start to turn black,
wither at the edge.
Wind blows and it don't turn back
Don't stop for the dead.

Walking these streets of sadness,
Stone so grey and cold.
Alleys they leak the badness,
As her bones grow old.

Mama, don't you leave me;
Stay now-don't you go.
I'll be alone now,
And nobody'll know.

Wishing to be the wind now
Blowing past heart and soul.
But me, I'm dragged down
Too dark to see my goal.

Mama, don't you leave me...
