Where do I see myself a year from now? What am I going to do to make it happen?
Dear Me --
Because there is a part of Facebook where one can go to see what was on his/her Timeline on the today's date in various years, this letter to us will be showing up today (January 31, 2018) and, then returning to be viewed every year on the anniversary of this year. It will also be able to be shared.
From now on, whenever we're at Facebook on January 31, we can click on the link and review what has happened in our lifetime between now and then.
There are so many things that we would like to have happening in our life between now and a year from now.
One biggie is what we're now calling "THE BIG PROJECT" -- that thing that we're always saying that is going to be open-to-the-public by this date or that date only to have the date come and go with nothing grand-opened.
Of course, we both know that a lot of diligent work is going on behind-the-scenes, but how credible are we to our reading audience?
Does it seem to them as if we're just filled with a lot of hot air?
Anyway, let's lay things out for both us and everybody else to view.
First off, there's this item:
This needs to contain at least another page. How soon will it be before there is a link at the bottom going to the second page?
Then, there's this diary:
How long before we start writing in it at least once or twice a week (and, preferably, more than that)?
This blog is an ambitious and well-meaning idea:
How soon before we actually make entries in it when we're supposed to -- which is every Monday, every Friday, and between one and three times over a weekend?
This blog is an absolutely wonderful idea:
So, when are we going to step up the process of writing the stories we've been promising along with adding some new ones?
There is a lot to do in the year to come -- which will, hopefully, also, include not being so blankity-blank poky so that, when we enter this contest next year, we won't be entering it at the blasted last minute like we're doing this year!!!
ARE WE UP TO IT!?!
We THINK we are, so we'll see what happens...
