Mama I miss you. Life is a sad day with no sun.
Mama, I miss you.
When I lay down at night,
And wake to morning’s light,
When I am all alone,
Just wishing for a voice on the phone.

Here I am, where are you?
I still cry out your name
The lines are always the same:
Here I am, where are you?

Mama, I miss you
I remember life before sadness,
Daily, the pain seems no less,
my constant companion,
Loneliness, when the light is gone.

Here I am, where are you?
I still cry out your name
The lines are always the same:
Here I am, where are you?

Mama I miss you.
Life is a sad day with no sun;
Darkness with no fun
Seems to be my daily journey
Without you here with me.

Here I am, where are you?
I still cry out your name
The lines are always the same:
Here I am, where are you?

Mama I miss you.
Sometimes when sun shines I hide,
Because you are not at my side.
wishing to be alone in the shadows
That life without you sews.

Here I am, where are you?
I still cry out your name
The lines are always the same:
Here I am, where are you?
