Ah, that poetry which defines our age.
And so words are more highflalutin', intellectually banal,
crossing from the 20's angst, the 30's anger, the 40's "oh I give up fuckers",
and off to the 50's where you are financially o.k. but tied to others folks' responsible demand they quilt you toward.

The 60's are quiet poetry, things you could give a shit what others think
cause when you die tomorrow of a heasrt attack they'll all say "what a shame her talent was so mediocre, Too bad. Duh!
Frost wrote in his 90's, Mark Twain, Hemingway, T.S. Elliot, E.E. Cummings, Yeats.

So this is for them and for me. Damn time and it's lacerations on your psyche.
To hell with what came before. We are NOW. Live it!
