What I think needs to be a part of my business.
|I have been taking part in a life changing challenge this week. It will definitely change my business. The challenge is with Jay Fiset and is all about joint ventures and finding joint venture partners. I recently tried to run a program where I invited a few business people to contribute to a Joint Venture Book. Each person would contribute a chapter about their message, their business or both. It was a flop, no takers.
Then I received an email about this challenge, and my initial thought was to use the challenge to help me restructure the program. During the process, though, I realized that joint ventures might be the perfect thing to integrate into “Transition To Success”. I specialize in guiding businesses through transitions occurring in their business, and I thought that after my part is done there is more work to be done.
I help businesses sort out who their ideal clients are and what kind of programs they need after their transition. Any change in a business can mean a need for a change in ideal client or types of programs available. I could work with my new clients to develop ideas about new programs. I am confident in doing that. But, I feel that after the businesses I serve have figured out who their ideal clients are, what kind of conversations to have with them, and the new programs they need to create to help their new clients, why not pass these deserving businesses to experts in program development or client conversation, specifically.
This seems like a good move for me and “Transition To Success”. I am looking at reaching out to a few people I met during the challenge to see if we are a good fit.
