I miss my garden that I grew …. I miss the happiness that I knew
|On the left lies the Mango Tree,
Its boughs weighed down with mangoes,
'Cause that's the one closest to me
And when my mind calms down I'll go
To the memories of my garden.
The strong smell of jasmine flies
With the subtle caress of the breeze
Along with bees and butterflies.
On the right lies two massive trees,
Of Coralwood and Coconut.
All the fancy flowers in bloom,
With dewdrops like mirrors
On the leaves that lift up my gloom.
Oh! My Garden, I feel terrors.
How can you live without my care?
All the bird's beautiful chirp
Throughout the morn and at noon,
Flying away at the slightest jerk.
Didn't I leave all so soon?
Oh! My Garden I miss you.
