A recap of last night's Minnesota/Toronto Game One
It was a really rough night for Toronto Blue Jay's starting pitcher, Marcus Stroman.

Stroman is now 1-5 after the Minnesota Twins hammered the Jays 8-0 last night.

Stroman pitched just 4.2 innings, giving up eight hits, five earned runs, two walks and struck out just two batters.

Minnesota's Jason Castro went two for four at the plate and had three RBIs. His teammate, Eddie Rosario, also had three RBIs last night.

As for Toronto, their bats were silent.

Minnesota's starting pitcher, Martin Perez, went seven innings, giving up just two hits, no earned runs, two walks, and struck out nine batters.

Tonight's Pitchers:

MIN: Jose Berrios - 5-1,

TOR: Aaron Sachez - 3-2.

Berrios hasn't faced the Jays since July 24, 2018.

In that game, Berrios went seven innings, giving up four hits, no earned runs, a walk, and struck out nine batters in a 5-0 Twins win.

Sanchez won his last game against Minnesota on April 16 6-5.

Sanchez went six innings, gave up four hits, four earned runs, four walks, and struck out five batters.
