The companion poem to the story D-Com Blues.
A fly
in the ointment.
A profound
disappointment.

It still
Doesn't hurt yet.
In the end
It is a sure bet.

I made money
on the upside.
And now I've got
a crushed ride.

Crushed ride leads
to hurt pride.
And then
I see the birds fly.

Before I see
the births die.
Gosh darn
this is a rough ride.

So rough
It goes for two weeks.
And then,
I cut a few leeks.

Tears flow,
and then I'm so weak.
Birds looking
down their own beaks.

Sun squashed,
And then there's more problems.
We solved it,
but we're insolvent.

My qualm
It is with you, dude.
D-Com turned us
to true fools.

Now I'm going
to the mainframe.
This wariness
distracts pain.
