Communication in secret
Choices

Holdfast wondered how to get the message through to his handler without interception. He had read enough to know all the usual tricks. Something new was needed.

In the end, he took out the garbage, chalked a telegraph pole in the park, left a newspaper on a bench, put a package in a waste bin, stuck sticky notes on walls and, finally, mailed the envelope with the message just before the post was collected.
