A short story based on a daily prompt using the words, thunderstorm, search and drive.
| It's thunderstorming outside and it's night time. This thunderstorm is unusual though, because it's also raining frogs! I've never seen anything like this and it's also being announced on the news. The small trailer town's poor and people are in a great need of something to eat.
"Look at that Harvey! Look at all of those frogs! Let's git some and eat 'em!" said Pete to his brother Harvey.
"Sounds great to me. It's frog legs for us tonight then!" said Harvey.
Harvey and Pete take out a giant bucket and catch at least 60 frogs. They also drive around to search and catch more of them in their residential area. They're filled with joy at their success. Pete then washes and dumps the 60 frogs into a large pot on their stove and starts cooking them.
"Well, it's good eatin' fer us tonight Harvey!" said Pete stirring their catch.
"Yes it sure is!" said Harvey.
All of the people at the trailer park did the same thing. People kept catching tons of frogs and everyone now has enough to eat for at least a week. The people think this is a miracle and everyone lives happily ever after.
