Life is about being happy not about dishonesty or discomfort.
|Can you say you're exactly the same person you were at five years old? Your personality? Your actions? Your body? You in general?
I can say I’m not! things that are different about me:
I’m a young adult.
I’m more outgoing and kind.
I know that I have autism.
I know NOTHING is wrong with me.
My body grew to a beautiful person!
So if we are not the same person as we were at 5 years old, that means that we are capable of change. I changed and grew up and out of so many things! I realized 3 months ago, I didn’t like who I became as an adult. So I went to rehab in different places and learned a lot.
Things that were true about me before I left and after:
1) I really didn’t who I was and the person looking in the mirror.
2)I didn’t know what emotions really were until I went to rehab.
3) I reflected on what I’ve done wrong in my life and I forgave myself for all those terrible actions.
“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
~ I want you all to ask yourself these questions.
~ Are we all the same people as we are from 5 years old?
~ Are you doing what you truly want to do?
~ is there anything you can’t let go of but you know you should?
~ Are we capable of change?
