This Shakespearean sonnet is a big, squishy, sickly declaration of love :P
Some nights I dream of giants at their task.
They climb the greatest heights this world can boast
And, in wonder, reach forth and seize the stars.
Now I am haunted by their ghosts
Who say that I should stride into the world
And fight to find my pilgrim star above,
Or lose him in the chaos of it all.
And so I go in search for something more than love,
But for someone who will stand bare with me
When dragons take into the air, and hell
Is rained on us when we are lost at sea.
I searched for you who shined above the mountain bells.
Love, I will climb the greatest heights for you.
From the deepest lows, I will rise for you.
