Edmonton Oiler's Captain, Connor McDavid, shone bright last night against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

McDavid recorded four points in a 6-4 Edmonton victory over Toronto

Oscar Klefborn kicked things off with a goal at 7:51 of the first period.

Darnell Nurse scored Edmonton's second goal 34 seconds into the second period.

Kailer Yamamoto made it 3-0 Oilers at 1:45.

Toronto got on the scoreboard when Jason Spezza scored at 2:24.

Edmonton went up by three goals again when Alex Chiasson scored at 13:41.

Frederik Gauthier and Pierre Engvall scored before the end of the second period to make it a 4-3 game.

In the third period, Edmonton continued their scoring with goals by Leon Draisaitl and McDavid.

Auston Matthews scored at 13:18 of the third period.

Edmonton's goalie, Mike Smith stopped 32 shots last night.

Toronto's Kasperi Kapanen had two assists.

Toronto tries to get back to their winning ways tomorrow night as the team hosts the Winnipeg Jets.
