Let's be honest. 2019 was a really awful year, both financially and for our health. So, my question to you is what are we going to do about it?
2020 is our year! To get back on track. To get back what we have lost. To gain the things we desire, and more importantly, to not repeat 2019. Let's look at where we went wrong.
Firstly, organizational skills need a little work. With some good planning in advance, we could have avoided some of those financial difficulties we faced. To be honest, we don’t really like having to rely on the help of others, do we?
Secondly, we need to address our health. No good comes from hiding away and hoping things will get better on their own. We don’t particularly like going to the Doctor’s but sometimes we should really get over ourselves and just go. People depend upon us; we have responsibilities to attend to. If we haven’t got our health, we’ve got nothing.
It is about time we took a hard look at our self. We have dwelled on the past far too long. We our wasting what precious time we have left. We don’t pursue things which bring us enjoyment any more. What's up with that anyway? These things used to be important to us. We focus too much on necessity and order. Things always need to be neat and tidy. Let it go! Learn to relax and take time for our self.
Lastly, remember how far we have come. The things we have endured and survived. Take pride in our accomplishments, and find happiness again. We owe it to our self. Enjoy 2020 like it’s our year, and make it count.
We got this!
