A recap of last night's Vancouver/Toronto game.
The Toronto Maple Leafs did it again.

The Leafs managed to get another win this week.

The Leafs defeated the visiting Vancouver Canucks last night 4-2, giving Toronto their third straight win.

Frederik Gauthier put the Leafs ahead 1-0 2:45 into the first period.

Tyler Motte quickly tied the game at 5:28.

At 6:25, Auston Matthews scored his 45th goal of the season to put Toronto ahead 2-1.

Tanner Pearson tied the game at 11:01.

There was no scoring in the second period.

Martin Marincin put the Leafs ahead for good 18 seconds into the third period,

"It was a big moment for us for sure," said Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe at the post game press conference.

Zach Hyman scored the empty netter at 18:06.

Toronto's Travis Dermott and Tyson Barrie had two assists last night.

Toronto now heads to San Jose to face the Sharks on Tuesday night.
