From "Covid quarantine" back to the Racehorse scene with a whole new outlook on life.
|Monday: Last day working at a therapy center where my mom runs the Equine therapy program.
Tuesday: Pack up and say good bye to all. Last dinner with Mom and close friends.
Wednesday: Visit with close friend. Meditation and some quiet time before moving on.
Thursday: One last day of Meditation and last visit with mom and close friends. Maybe leaving today for WV.
Friday: Must be moving on to West Virginia. Horse running tonight in my name so I need to be there.
This begins my new life with two dogs and a rabbit. I have a temporary home on its way for me and the animals to stay in for the summer while a bran new home is built to be ready for winter. I'll be living with my friend and business partner on the farm with the horses, along with his dog, cats, geese, ducks, and a goat. We will have a few stalls available at the track for the horses in more serious training as we only lightly train at the farm. There is lots of clean up to do on top of the care for the horses. The farm was bought in poor condition but the owner we have is allowing us to make it into a very nice facility. I'll be excited to share with you all of the exciting news later on in the week.
Indeed, goals shared have more meaning. Thank you for encouraging us to help ourselves. -Sherry
