A recap of last night's Toronto/Tampa Bay game.
Cavan's Biggio's fifth inning home run was the difference as his Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field 6-4.

Randal Grichuk started things off for the Jays at the top of the fourth inning by driving in Biggio with a RBI single.

Rowdy Tellez made it 2-0 Jays by driving in Vladmir Guerrero Jr. with a sacrifice fly.

Teoscar Hernandez drove in Travis Shaw with a sacrifice fly to put Toronto ahead 3-0.

Tampa got a run back in the bottom of the inning when Mike Brosseau drove in Manuel Margot with a double.

At the top of the fifth inning, Biggio broke the game open with a three run homer to make it 6-1 Jays.

Tampa, however, didn't give up.

In the bottom of the inning, Yoshi Tsutsago hit a two run homer to make it 6-3.

Tampa added another run in the eighth inning.

Biggio went two for five at the plate and had three RBIs.

Tampa's Willie Adams went two for three at the plate last night.

Hyun-Jin Ryu went 4.2 innings, giving up just four hits, three earned runs, three walks, and struck out four batters.

Tampa's starter, Charlie Morton, didn't get passed four innings.

Morton gave up seven hits, six earned runs, six walks, and struck out a batter.

The Jays and Rays play again today at 3:10 p.m. EDT.
