In the bottom of the fifth inning, the Jays went ahead 2-1 when Cavan Biggio drove in Guerrero Jr. with a single.
Toronto went ahead 3-1 later in the inning when Joe Panik scored on a sacrifice fly by Grichuk.
At the top of the sixth inning, Pedro Severino drove in Renato Nunez with a single.
Then later in the inning, Mountcastle put the Os' ahead 4-3 with a two run homer.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, the Jays tied the game 4-4 when Rowdy Tellez drove in Teoscar Hernandez with a single.
At the top of the ninth inning, Baltimore went up 5-4 when Jose Iglesias drove in Rio Ruiz with a single.
In the bottom of the ninth, Hernandez drove in Santiago Espinal and Grichuk to win the game for Toronto.
Hernandez went two for five at the plate and had two RBIs.
Toronto's starting pitcher, Tanner Roark, pitched five innings, allowing eight hits, four earned runs, two walks, and struck out five batters.
Mountcastle went three for four at the plate and had three RBIs.
Oriole's starter, Jorge Lopez, went 4.2 innings, allowing three hits, three earned runs, three walks, and struck out three batters.
