Superstitions are a myth
I don’t believe in lucky charms
And all that crazy stuff
When people start to talk of it
I simply say, “Enough”

No rabbit’s foot will give you luck
Nor black cat ruin your day
Superstitions are a myth
No matter what they say

So fingers crossed is just a hoax
It won’t help you at all
You don’t need any talisman
To keep you from a fall

All that you need is common sense
To keep you on the track
Hey, watch where you are walking, man
You’ll break your mother’s back
