The ghost speaks of nothing and everything.
'There's ssssss gas sssss in the pipes ssssss.'

'There's wash-shhhh-ing in the mach-shhhh-ine.'

'There's a mons-zzzz-ter in the hutch-ch-ch-ch.'

'Who's there?'

'There's a gra-bbbb-er behind the door. Ahhhhh.'

'Who are you? Where are you?'

'I sp-sp-spy with my little eyes zzzzzz.'

'Why are you whispering? Don't move.'

'I'm watching you ooooo.'

'How did you get behind me? Where've you gone?'

'I'm over here. No here. Missed me. I'm here and here and there.'

'Please. Stop whispering. Where are you? What do you want?'

'Please. What do you want?'

'I'm hungry. Very hungry. I am starved. I need sus-ssss-tenance-sssss.'

'What was that? What did you do? So cold.'

'I am empty. I am void. I am nothing. I want you. Take your hands away from your ears. My thoughts, my needs, my hollowness are in your ears. You cannot block me. You can only trap me in them.'

'Go away! Leave me alone! Don't touch me! Leave my hands alone. Ple-eeeee-ase.'

'I told you not to cover your ears. There. That's better isn't it? Down by your sides. Ohhhh. Sitting on the floor? If you squeeze your eyes shut like that, you could be stuck like that forever.'

'You're so cold. I'm so cold. Leave me alone. Please. Just go away.'

'I'm not going anywhere. You called to me. You summoned me out of the dark. Now I am here. And I hunger. Fill me.'

'I didn't. I just moved in here. How could I? I don't know how. What are you?'

'I am a vacuum. You made me come to you with your words. With yo.ur thoughts. With your promises.'

'I don't understand. I never said anything. I didn't make no promises. What thoughts?'

'Ahhhh. Those thoughts. Those juicy images of tearing flesh. That iron smell of fresh blood. That echo of a saw cutting bone. The promises to make it last. The screams.'

'Get out of my head. It didn't happen. It wasn't me. I wasn't there.'

'The memories are in your head. It happened. It was you. Open your eyes to see all the little bits you wrapped in black bags.'

'I can't open my eyes. They're stuck. I can't see.'

'Use your fingers to pull apart the lids.'

'My arms won't move. I'm so cold. What have you done to me?'

'I? I am not here. I have done nothing. I have said nothing. I am nothing.'

'Why are you doing this to me?'

'I? I do nothing. It is your thoughts that spin in the void. Can you see their faces? Every one? Still and dark. With skin that will never heal or scar.'

'Make them go away. Make them leave me alone.'

'Each face. Each limb. Each torso. Each drip of blood. They can never satisfy.'

'Who are you?'

'I am you.'
