A recap of last night's Toronto/San Antonio game.
|Things started out okay for the Toronto Raptors last night.
Unfortunately, the San Antonio Spurs rallied back in the final minute of the game to win 119-114.
The Raptors scored 39 points in the first quarter, but just 19 points in the second.
Toronto had the scoring touch in the second half and were ahead several times in the fourth quarter.
"I thought we played well enough to win it, (the game)," said Raptors head coach, Nick Nurse, in the postgame interview.
Nurse also said the game a toss up. Both teams had their chances to win.
The Spurs went ahead for good with under a minute to go in the game.
Toronto's Fred VanVleet had 27 points.
Spur's DeMar DeRosen also had 27 points last night.
Toronto's Pascal Siakam had 15 rebounds.
Toronto play the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night.
