A poem describing Summer and Winter

You shiver by the fire,
For winter is here.
Making crafts out of wire
Does not rest your fear.

You dream of summer,
And its warm embrace.
The warm weather bloomers
and vacations to Thrace.

You snap back to winter,
After a loud burst of wind.
It wakes your mom from slumber,
and her confidence rescinds.

Back to summer warmth,
And its cool breezes.
Tissue orders for the fourth
Time, for your mom sneezes.

You look outside the window,
And see some white specks.
"MOM! THERE'S SNOW!"
You shout, so she comes to check.

You forget summer,
You don't get snow then.
This is why you like winter,
There is snow again.
