CHAPTER 1

We were concerned that someone was moving into our sectors. We had a suspicion that someone was bringing in something that could endanger our people. We did not see any of these items until recently.

The ship had been in this sector watching over the section to see if anyone has entered. The spaceship has armaments as they are the customs branch of the confederation to protect the people of the confederation from gaining their illegal merchandise or weapons, or drugs.

The ship we encounted entered our sector of space, It was bearing no identification of it to designate whose star system they were from, or designating what they were carrying on this vessel.

Captain Maletea said, “Raise the com.”

Sigmoind did this, he smiled, thinking that no one would do this. No one was that stupid! We have a lot of clout on our side.

Our captain said,"Send out a comminque to it. Advise them to stop and prepare to be boarded by us!"

Sigmoind did this.

The ship did not seem to notice this comm, They began to pick up speed and seemed to try to evade our radar system.

Sigmoind turned on the radio com and said over the link, “Identify your ship? Where do you hail from? What is your purpose in our sector?”

There came no response to our hailing this ship. Sigmoind tried again, shook his head.

At this time the ship began to further pick up speed to have us not be able to find it. It was 15 miles in length. One hell of a big ship. Ours wasn’t able to be compared to that ship. We could hail a lot more than just us. Our weapons were the best, I think.

"Our radar system locked on to it," Sand said as he looked at Lutlute and gave him a thuimbs up sign. He smiled like he had found the prize we well looking for. He found it! Sigmoind peered over at Maletea and said,”No response?”

Maletea said,”Arm the targeting array.”

Gutlute said,” What’s the target and with what do you wish to fire at them?”

“Drives and bridge, Do not hit. Fire wide! Torpedoes!” Maletea screamed as she watched the scope.

“Number of torpedoes to be fired?” Gutlute said he peered at the scope to his right on the bridge. It showed a circle with a white light in a line there that covered half the radius, it moved in the circle in a circular motion. There was large dot where this ship was that we were in pursuit of. It could not hide from our radar, even with the debris that was there from other attacks made by us and other ships in the area.

“Armed, Fire now or on count?” Gutlute said as he lifted the covers off of the array. He knew, he wouldn’t want to be there when this hell fire was used on a ship.

“On count! I say on count! One,” Maletea exclaimed as she sat down.

She paused for a moment that continued, “Two!”

“Fire on three!” Gutlute said as he looked at her, she grit her teeth and nodded.

“Three!” she said as she raised her thumb and brought it down to where it should be, once the torpedoes were away. She gave us a smirk.

“Away. Torpedoes launched!” Gutlute said as he hit the switch.

The radar scope showed the torpedoes sail past the drive and what we assumed was the bridge. Sand said, “Success! We I believe have their attention at the moment!”

"Are the torpedoes in the tubes?" Maletea said as she put her hands behind her back and watched the radar scope.

"Yes! Captain,” Gutlutre said as he looked at the systems that were armed to defend the ship or attack another ship.

"Fire eight torpedos," Maletea said, she smiled. This has been done beforehand to have a ship listen to their request if they failed to do this.

"Yes," Gutlute said as he waited to see the resulting explosions, his targetting had been getting better at the moment. He grinned like a gibbon.

"Launch them at the drives on the ship. Do not hit them." Maletea said as she watched the craft slow to a halt.

"Launched," Gutlute said as he grit his teeth. Punched the buttons to fire them.

"He did it. Captain,:" Sand saw that the volley arrive there.

"Just to tell them we mean business!" Maletea said smiled at Gutlute.

We saw on the radarscope the lights that emerged from the ship we were pursuing, It looked like eight as well. Were they willing to match us volley for volley we did not know.

"Fire returned," Sand said as the ship was rocked by missile fire.

The ship's emergency system was augmented. The lights turned red,

"Battle stations." Maletea said as she sat down on her chair. Her eyes were wide with surprise. No one was that stupid! To attack a customs vessel. These people will pay for that!

Gutlute smiled as he looked us and grabbed the seat he was to be in. He hit the keyboard to bring up the choices of weapons they could use to defend themselves with. He asked,"Weapon choices?"

"Are there torpedos in the tubes," Maletea said as she watched Gutlute him sit down and put on his glasses so he could see better, but she knew it was a ruse.

"In tubes," Gutlute said, he smiled.

"Number?" Maletea asked as she waited to hear the number, he had been on report of not checking his count.

"Count is sixteen," Gutlute said. "Do you think that’ll slow them down," He laughed.

"FIre! I don’t know but it will show them that we are serious now!" Maletea said as she watched the radar scope.

"Target?", Gutlute said as he peered at the Maletea as she sat there staring at the Sigmoind's board which was lit up.

"Fire on the drives and cannons, You see," Maletea said as she wiped her mouth.

The other ship fired on us. It hit the drive system as we hit theirs. Our ship was not harmed. They waited a few minutes, then fired their laser cannons on it. Their captain opened fire on the ship, hitting it in its drives. The ship had stopped moving. We suspected that there were eyes on their command bridge, but we were unable to receive any response from their ship.

So Maletea advised,” Prepare to fire at the bridge. It will either stop them or they will die beneath our barrage of fire. They hadn’t returned fire yet.Gutlute knew what to do? He had been trained to do this for years. The cannons were fired once.

We then heard over the com. The com was breaking up, but we heard the ship say, "We will allow you to board our ship. We will stop trying to evade you,"

The ship stopped moving. It was a luxury-class ship. There was a drawing of a woman's face on it beneath that were some lines and circles with a line beneath it also.. This ship was from another region of space.

Our soldiers boarded shuttlecraft. We seemed nervous; we did not know what we were walking into. Was it a trap?

The other ship stopped firing on them. They were bringing in weapons to defend themselves from the occupants who were there. The soldiers numbered seven to board it.

The security of our ship was armed and seemed ill at ease seeing us as we walked down the plank to board the ship. The soldiers were wearing respirators, armor and carrying weapons to defend themselves with.

The passageway was large. We could march in columns of six people side by side with ample room to allow them to enter. The deck had a lounge. It was the size of a football stadium. Our soldiers looked at the bar; it was huge. Music poured out of speakers, and there were strobe lights going on and off. Smoke filled the air. It looked as if the customers were using drugs.

"What are you doing here?", A statueque woman dressed in armor, she was holding a submachine gun, she was wearing a visor at the door to the ship to allow them entry having tanned skin, her top was scoop-necked and like the skirt was thigh length and was made of black leather.

"We wish to see what you have on board your ship?" Soloman said. The woman's hand rested on the handle of her submachine gun.

"I see, I believe you will find that the air is breathable. So you won't need your respirators. I know breathing through those things is not pleasant. I am Nicole by the way," she said. as she began to step back away from the people desiring to board nightclub strippers were in the club on the bar top.

'We would like to see what is in your holds, and speak with your captain," Soloman said as he walked through the entrance way.

"I think you will have to speak with our captain." Nicole said as she looked at them.

Soloman noted that they clearly wanted to show us their weapons. The commander slung his rifle over his shoulder, his laser pistol was on his belt.

Nicole knocked on a door, and it opened momentarily.

Muxes was bald, with a net on her head. She looked at the commander as he walked toward the door. This woman stepped aside to admit them into this room. The room had several people seated in chairs. The woman allowing him to enter and put her hand on his wrist.

His hand felt something metallic, her skin was slippery to the touch. Cold and very hard. Her eyes looked unlike a human;s eyes, he saw a silver circle beneath their ball that made up its eyes. She was a droid. Not a human being. He said,"Who are you? Why have you entered our sector space?"
m
"I am Mexus, captian of this ship. I have goods to be bought to your people!" Mexus said as she smiled, and reached out to grab him by the shoulders and draw him in. She hugged him, she french kissed him. He shoved himself away from her.

It may have been an attempt to calm our nerves, but I won't have it happen. They fired upon us!{/} "I see," McMicheal said as he glanced at his hands.

"What is wrong with you. I thought I could make you happy. If you know what I mean," she winked and pinched his butt.

"Do think we pose a threat to your planets. Really what did we do to present this to you," Mexus said as she coyly appraoched him, she put her hands around the back of his neck.

"Can I look at the merchandise you wish to bring to our planets," McMicheal said. as he peered into her eyes, her face had a mishevious grin on it. She was wearing a micro mini skirt. her left arm was missing at the shoulder. McMicheal stepped away from her hands, her nails were three inches long and blood red.

"Of course is this how you communicate with new arrivals in your space?" , Mexus asked as she lifted her hand from her belt to have it not draw the pistol she had on her belt. Reaching out to draw him into her grasp again, her lips drew close to his own.

"If you had stopped when we asked you to stop. No we would not have desired to fire upon you. But you still continued to fly in our quadrettes, So we have to board you. So, we had to fire upon your ship," Solomon said as he released the rifle he was carrying with him. He stepped betwene McMicheal and her.

"I see, so. You were forced to fire upon us. I see," she said as she stepped out of Soloman's path.

There were several people here, one was seated on a chair, there was something that looked like an octopus head dangling down from the ceiling over his head. There were other people dressed in armor, they numbered sixteen. The majority of them were seated, a few were on their feet. The room was huge, far larger than the ship he was on, for a bridge. This area was gold in color. There was a screen showing our ship there was light on the bridge of our ship. and the weaponry systems.

CHAPTER 2

Mexus was talking to someone as the commander boarded the ship. She did not appear amused at us as we boarded her ship. She glared at us. The communication did not stop.

"What is the meaning of this happening to us" Mexus said as she looked at the soldiers brought to her bridge. She allowed the soldirers to walk onto the bridge, the soldiers noted that there were members of their security there. Their weapons pointed at the soldiers from our shuttle at the moment their interest was drawn toward the people fighting on the bridge.

"We had asked you to stop and allow us to board your ship. Did not not hear us say this over your comm." Commander Salenda said as she stepped toward Mexus. She looked at the woman standing there, something looked odd about her. Her arm that was not there should have a shoulder, but didn't.

"We did not hear your call. Your signal was breaking up over the com." Mexus said glaring at her and the soldiers she brought a board the ship.

"I see?" Salanda said as he tried to figure out what had happened here.

"Why did you fire upon our weapon systems and the drives as well," Mexu said as she looked at the soldier standing there,

"We had to stop you from moving any further into our sector of space," Soloman said as his eyes narrowed approaching her.

"Put down your weapons," Mexus said as she watched us, her attention was drawn to the fight on the shuttle craft we had sent there. She was watching it through her cybernetic eye. She winced.

"We only want to talk to you to see if you are not carrying any contraband," Salanda said as she brought her hand down on Mexus wrist.

"Sure be my guest. Take all the time you need to explore my ship!" Mexu said as she had allowed her to send out her troops to explore this ship.

She laughed as the custom branch officers began to walk down the passageway.

While they were doing this, the crew members of the ship silently slipped onto the shuttle craft. Mayeast slipped toward the pilot's position in the ship..The doorway was sealed. So, Wolber should be safe from the people who boarded the ship. He had an alarm put on the ship to see if anyone had boarded the ship.

She slipped toward the door where the pilot was. She tried the door, it didn't open. She lifted a block of explosives to put to the door. She stepped aside, and let the explosion rip through the door.

W a flight jacket, it was bomb proof, so there was no damage to him. He reached for his belt to pull out a laser pistol from his belt. He stood there pointing at his pistol at the open door way into the cabin.

Mayeast began to step into the cabin. She saw the face of the pilot who was wearing a respirator, with a helmet oin his head. The pilot lifted his weapon up to fire at her. She reached up on the frame of the door. She swung forward driving her feet into his stomach. He fired.

The laser beam cut into her arm. She lost her balance and fell onto her back. The arm was with the humorous bone was cut in half. The pilot was aware of what he was doing. He fell backwards back into the helm, he hit the alarm to alert the others that the ship was underattack.

Waldof lifted his wrist up to his mouth, he whistled. The soldiers began to run back toward where they first stationed at. Mexus looked about in confusion, seeing the troops who have arrived there again.

"What is the meaning of this?", Mexus asked as she looked at them.

The woman fighting the pilot faultered and fell. Her head banged into the aisle seat. The pilot put cuffs on her wrists. He reached the radio to tell the commander, "He was safe."

When he had got the air into his lungs, she had climbed back to her feet. She drove her shoulder into his chest. He was driven back to the helm. He hit her in the back with his fist. She drew a dagger from her belt as they rose back to their full hieght, he drew his own dagger to protect himself from her knife.

He turned and hurled his boot into her guts, as he whipped the dagger toward where she was standing.

She leapt out of its path. She was growing faint, from the loss of blood. She brought her hand up to cover her elbow where the blood was coming from. She drew up something from her thigh to slap it onto her arm. The arm stopped bleeding, but she was growing fatigued.

Waldof was driven back from where he was once standing. A

As the woman got back to her feet. Blood was pouring from her arm. Her head feel to her chest, she was growing dizzy.

Waldof began to drive his opposing hand toward her again. She swung her left into his shoulder to drive him backwards. He stumbled back as he stood there. His armor was black as soot, there was a hole in his chest's armor, it wasn't large. He tried to gain his hand began to walk toward her.

Waldof hurled his right at her, it caught her in the chest. Her mouth opened as the blow came. She fell onto her back.

"Where to?" the first officer there asked as he looked over at his commander Selanda

"Shuttlecraft! Someone has attempted to commandeer it!"

The troops raced off down the passageway to regain their ship.

Mexus looked at the woman who was injuried as she was given a shot to kill the pain that was roaring through her body. Her body had grown pale. She rolled her head on her neck to wake up.

The captain of this ship looked at the officer with the pistol drawn. The captain said, "Why have you done this to him?"

"Because he was resisting arrest. Tried to kill one of my officers is why?" the officer said as he walked toward the pilot laying on his back. Blood was pooling beside his ribs.

"We had to use force to stop her. Didn't you see this happen?" another officer said as he helped him up to his feet.

The officer carried the felon with them to the brig. The captain looked at them, "Why did it have to happen?"

"Who had advised them to allow them entry . You saw him do this? Didn't you," Mexus inquired as she looked at the custom officers put cuffs on her wrists

"If you would like, you will be under arrest as well," the officer said as he looked at the captain.

Mexus looked at the customs offical who had placed the pilot under arrest. The soldiers put handcuffs on the captain was tried to stop them from doing this. The captain accepted the handcuffs being put on his wrists. She smiled as this happened to her.

The custom offical began to walk down the companion way, his soldiers were with him as he moved down the hallway. They stepped toward a bulkhead. The soldiers were able to force their way down the passage ways. They have found the evidence in a package that was there.

The customs ship that has acquired the captain and the pilot who we captured there carrying supplies that we have listed as being prohibited mattrial. The pilot tried to kill one of our officers as she tried to see who was flying this vessel.

Captain Salerya suggested," we could check what they were carrying with them on their ship. We found contraband on this ship. It was carrying weapons to defend itself from attack. When we sent out a radio signal to tell them to stop and be prepared to be boarded by our ship. The ship tried to fly passed us."

"Why have you called us," a voice boomed over the com. "

"It seems we are under attack." the radio com said

"Coordinates and identify." the voice boomed.

The radio com keyed it in and continued to say,"Salerya decided to fire torpedoes at it, aiming for the helm and the drive sections of the ship. The ship did not hesitate to try and fly passed us. They fired upon us and we returned the fire to them."

"Sending," the voice continued.

"Their captain decided to allow us to board their craft. After an exchange of lasers and torpedoes on this ship. We did not know what we should have done here, but accept their allowing us to board their ship," the radio com said.

"Their captain was in communication with someone from where we do not know the answer to this problem. After we had arrested her. The com was closed." the radio com said.

"And what has happened here!"

"After a little while a destroyer class spaceship appeared before us. The ship sent us an order to stop and release the personal we have captured there," radar com said

Selanda said,”We have captured personal carrying chemicals that can not be brought to earth at the moment!”

The destroyer said,”Turn around and return to the ship where you have taken them from! If you do not you will face the consequence of your action? We are giving you a warning to your ship. Allow them to return to their ship!”

“We are the customs branch, what authority do you have that will over ride our actions. We have been acting as we should.”

“You have been warned!” the destroyer said.

Our captain said,”Prepare for combat!”

The arms tech looked at her in disbelief.

The sensors lit up, “

“We have rockets being fired upon us!”

“Fire our countermeasures!” The captain said as she sat down in her chair.

The ship was rocked by the explosions. The captain looked at the console lights that had lit up. The hull has taken damage on it.

Salenda said.”Seal the hull where we have sustained damage.”

The arms tech looked at her, he grit his teeth, as he was thrown from his feet to crash on the floor of the ship. “What do we have to do to harm this ship that is firing upon us? Captain.”

“Launch our canons at this ship. Aim for its sensory devices on that ship.” the captain said and send a message to Comery!”

“Comery. Are you sure?” the communication specialist said, her eyebrow arched as her hands flew across the board of com.

“YES!”

“Canons have been fired.”

“The destroyer fired torpedoes at us.”

“Comery here. What is wrong?”

“We are underattack?” Salenda said over the com.

“What is the meaning of this happening on your ship.” Comery paused, and then said,”Sandra! Who is attacking you?”

“We do not know, it is a victory class destoryer. It is firing upon us!”

“I understand.” Comery said as he looked at the custom branches, weapon ships. He put his hand over the com to Sandra’s ship. He than spoke. “Send up some escort ships and interceptor ships to their heading. I want to know, who has dared to do this to our ships?”

Comery watched as he saw the soldiers and pilots quickly launch their ships into the air.

Over his com was,” We are heading in this local? What are we supposed to do when we get there?”

“Stop your ship! Or we wil be forced to fire upon your ship!” the destroyer said.

“Arm our weapons to hit it on the source of its targeting devices.” The captain said, she knew that Comery would send out the very best attack ships to defend our ship from being further harmed by it.

The destroyer fired torpedoes and guns at our ship.

Our defenses blocked the ship’s attack. Then the ship vanished from our veiw.

“Captain, we can not find the ship there!”

A few minutes later, the escort ships and the inceptors arrived. The escorts headed for our docking bays. We heard a voice we knew. “Why have we been sent here?”

“We have been attacked by someone who does not want these two felons to arrive before our courts?” Captain said as she looked at the man who was speaking to her, he took off his helmet to alow his blond hair to spread and fall on his shoulders as he emerged from the escort.

“Any idea as to who was attacking you?” Muca said as he watched the rest of his squads emerge from their ships.

“Did they give any idea as to who they were and what they were doing here?”, the radio com said as he looked down as though to suggest he made a mistake,

“Can’t say as they did. They simply opened fire and told u to have these two people to be released from our spaceship and put them aboard thier ship of oriigin. The destroyer seemed determined to do this to us. If we did not do this,” the captain said.

“We have found no sign of this destroyer being here. There should be a signature, but there is not even that there?” Muca said as he stepped into the bridge with his escort of soldiers with him.

“Any idea as to who was coming for the captain of the ship that we captured?” the captain said as she looked into his eyes,

“We do not know, under whose flag they were flying under,” the interceptor pilot said as he studied the com.
