Friends, this is a fairy tale for children. Thanks. |
| Welcome, darlings. Today, let me tell you a story about two fairies: one was a good fairy and the other was a bad fairy. The good fairy was a very efficient weaver of clothes. The fairy queen always wore clothes woven by her. The good fairy was that good in her craft. Now in fairyland, things are a bit different. They wear wonderful clothes made out of a very special material: moonlight. After all, it is the fairy land, right? They will not wear clothes worn by any Tom, Dick, or Harry. A royal festival was approaching, and the queen gave a large order for new clothes to the good fairy with tough deadlines to meet. At once, the latter began to weave her clothes out of the silvery moonshine with all her might. It goes without saying that she could weave her best clothes on the full moon day. Fortunately, the full moon in fairy land used to arrive much quicker. It was a once-a-week affair over there. Now, the bad fairy also wove clothes, but then the queen did not like them much. She hardly got any orders from the royal palace and grew to become very jealous of her rival. She decided to use her bad magic to teach a lesson to her rival. Yes, the bad fairies use bad magic to harm others. It is in their nature. With her bad magic, she changed the moon cycle and caused only the new moon day to happen daily. The good fairy was in a fix. The axiom was ‘no moon – no clothes.’ But then she was a good fairy for a reason. She had done an enormous number of good deeds in her life till now. The accumulated fruits of these good deeds enabled the good fairy to pray. She prayed to the Divine Spirit, the one infinite power that rules the three realms. As a boon, the Divine Spirit blessed the good fairy and changed the daily new moon to a daily full moon instead! As you guessed it, the good fairy quickly made up for her backlog. She then managed to deliver all her fine clothes to the queen within the due day. The queen was happy. Hence, the king was happy as well. In his happiness, he passed a special order. The order said, “Now onward, the good fairy will get all the palace orders for new clothes.” Yes, my children, good always begets good. So, try and stick to the path of good always. Goodbye, dears See you with a new story soon. |
