the lady and the tramp

.
.
I open my eyes
To the black-berry skies
The moon is the color of cream

The stars, painted schemes
Are just splatters of dreams
As I search for my lost wonderland

You reached out your hand
Knowing I’d understand
We’re less than an arm’s length apart

I opened my heart
May its beating impart
Love’s music from deep in my chest

We offered our breast
As our heads came to rest
On pillows of you and of me

As we set the stars free
May they all fall to sea
To bloom for the moon, sweet lotus

Valentino and Venus
Our lives laid before us
Of lovers and loves opened eyes...
