When will cease desire for Sex in Life

Akbar had one question in his mind. When will cease the desire for sex in a man's life?

Akbar the great had a wonderful ministry consisting of nine jewels.

Birbal was one among the nine and he was respected by one and all because of his clever reply to any question put forth to him.

One day Akbar came to the court and occupied his seat. He was a little bit worried.

He told the assembly that he was worried and would like to have a fitting reply for the question he has in his mind.

Everybody wanted to know his question.

He asked them, “When will the desire for the sex will cease in a man’s life.
He also assured the assembly whoever gives a satisfactory answer will be rewarded a purse consisting of 100 gold coins.

Some scholars started answering.
But Akbar was not satisfied. At last, he turned towards Birbal and asked him to answer the question.
Birbal did not know the answer. But he was reluctant to say so in front of the august assembly.
He pleaded for one day time to answer. Akbar granted his request.
On reaching home Birbal was very much worried. He was wandering hither and thither in his main hall.
His mother called him for dinner. But he did not go.
On seeing his worried face, his mother asked him, “My son! What had happened in the court today? Why you are so much worried?”
At first Birbal did not answer. But her mother was insisting. So finally, he told her what had happened in the court.
On hearing the King’s question Birbal’s mother laughed loudly and told Birbal, “are you not ashamed of facing this simple question. This can be answered in a minute?”
Birbal was wonderstruck. He asked his mother, “Do you know the answer?”
“Wait” said his mother and went into her kitchen and came back with a very small pocket in her hand.
He handed over the pocket to Birbal and said to him, “Go and handover this to your king and say that this pocket contains the answer.”
Birbal was very happy.
Next day the assembly convened. Akbar’s first question was to Birbal:” have you got the answer?”
Birbal confessed that he did not have any answer and told the king that his mother wanted to give him a small pocket.”
He handed over the pocket to Akbar.
Akbar asked Birbal. “Birbal, what is this pocket?’
“Oh. King my mother told me that the answer is in the pocket.”
Akbar opened the pocked. He saw what was inside the pocket.
He laughed loudly and with joy said, “Ah! I got the answer”.
Nobody knows what was inside the pocket.
The pocket contained some white ash! That is all.
Everybody including Birbal wanted to know what the king understood.
“Your mother sent this ash to tell me till one is burnt on his death, he will have the desire for sex. This ash gives the answer.”.
Everybody clasped their hands. Akbar rewarded Birbal’s mother as promised with great respect!
