Life is an increasingly difficult struggle against the tide of cynicism and angst that threatens to engulf me every day. It is, however, a joyful struggle and one I'm happy to fight, for there is nothing else, and the rewards are totally fulfilling. I am blessed by marriage, family and friends. All else is of little consequence.
