It does take some gymnastics ability explained below.

“The officer was dressed so cute I couldn’t help it,” explained Madge. “When he stopped me for speeding and came up to my car, I flashed my I.D. and told him, “You are under arrest.”

“I bet that surprised him,” Anthony exclaimed, fishing for something lodged between his teeth with a toothpick.

“You bet. I could have died laughing, but I didn’t have the time. I just showed him my FBI badge and told him he was interfering with my catching Ruja Ignatova, the crypto queen, listed on our ten most wanted criminals list.” Madge’s spoon dabbled in her soup dish.

“What did he do?” Anthony said, while chewing on the toothpick. It was mint, after all. Anthony was Madge’s boss and the letter sent by the chief at the local police precinct was filled with surprises.

“He looked surprised, made a fast call to set up a road block in the direction I’d been speeding and told me to wait where I was.” Madge shook her head in remembered wonder.

“So you didn’t catch Ruja Ignatova, this new recruit you want us to hire, this John Charles did?” Anthony spun the attached application for service around and signed it.

“You’re fired,” Anthony said, spitting out a toothpick splinter.

“Fired! Why?”

“Because John Charles is taking your job. I need quick thinking like he’s got. You’re the new head of our local hiring office. You can spot and motivate potential like no-one else I’ve ever met. Don’t let it go to your head. Meryl is retiring.,”
