In the deepest sense the search for e.t intelligence is a search for ourselves.Carl Sagan,

They

They do not come to stay

But rather, come and go

Don't look like what we say

And not like what we know

When night kills the day

And lights begin to glow

Spaceships, in an array

Approach us very slow

Then dock in a display

Earthlings claim they saw

And used to call them: They

Or aliens in U.F.O

But allow me, if I may

Pose a question, though

As why they go away?

Don't stop, and say hello?

If we were the prey

Like in that movie show

Why don't they stay, and play

Predators, since long ago?

Denial became our way

Our food we eat, to grow

We're whom we call: They

It's been, since ever, so.
