Nicely done!
I can see how crutches can be demons. When I had to, after foot surgery, I opted for a cane. Luckily, I healed fast.

I hate crutches, they make my armpits and shoulders both hurt. And I've almost fell down the stairs trying to navigate with them more than once.

That's so funny. It's also true of cats. My older cat won't climb up but now that our kitten does, he's been climbing and exploring places he never did before. Sometimes they just need the right incentive.

People here in the United States were warned about climate change years ago. Our Vice President in 1993, Al Gore, was an environmentalist. He talked incessantly about the issue warning something needed to be done to avoid destroying our planet. People laughed at him denying there was any such problem. He was right, they were wrong. I need to answer this prompt if I have time today. Have a good one!

59 years is incredible.

I can't imagine a love that intense either. And I'm very much in love with my husband. It's my second marriage, we've been together 20 years and married 16 years. If I had foolishly stayed in my first marriage it would have been 50 years. I left him before our 30th.

I've read a lot of his sonnets and wondered the same thing about the woman. I didn't realize there were 100 of them Kåre Enga in Udon Thani

There are different types of love. Her in the western colony we obsess with romantic/sexual love. The sex, however, must never be directly shown; we're cultural prudes.

Neruda wrote 100 sonnets for his future wife.

Blog time

PROMPT July 12th

When did you first start blogging? (anywhere, not necessarily on WDC) Why? What did you blog about? (subjects, topics, personal news, etc.) Has your blogging style changed since you began?

I never blogged at all or even thought about journaling until WdC. The reason I even have a blog was was to become part of The Rockin’Reviewers. I barely knew how to navigate around the site until Hannah patiently led me through it. As part of the site navigation we had to start a blog.

Being part of the 30 day blogging challenge encourages me to consider my thoughts on all sorts of subjects and I love the interaction with all of you. There is something every day that gives me food for thought, makes me smile or frown. I love getting a sneak peek into all of your lives. I think what I enjoy the most is everyone’s honesty. Blogging gives an opportunity to express one’s feelings. It can be a place to vent, share good times and the not so good. Getting comments is really nice too. Another thing about blogging is that it’s something that is just mine, no one else in my family reads what I write unless I want to share something.
